Question : My girlfriend has quit drinking for eight days now she feels like Peeing but she can't and she's leaking a lot she can only Pee whenever she's asleep all night and gets up in the morning she says she feels like she has to go and she barely drips out during the day

Limit liquid intake during day time only.

Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Your girlfriend certainly has a problem.
She can drink fluids in the daytime and stop drinking after about 8 p.m.
She should drink about 8-10 glasses fluids daily.
See if this changes and resolves her problem. If it persists after a week to 10 days,
she will need to do certain tests and see an Urologist.

1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT,and platelets.
3. Ultrasound scan -KUB,with residual urine.
