Brief Answer:
Yes, it can be, please upload questionnaire and reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
welcome to health care magic, I share your concern.

Yes, Psoriasis might be related to underlying cause like autoimmune disease like psoriatic arthritis, crohns disease, infection, prolonged skin disease.

IBS might be related to stress and anxiety and irregular food habits.

Incontinence, frequent UTIs and sluggish bowel is a common problem at your age, so you need not to be worry about all this.

I would advise you certain lifestyle modifications in addition to the your existing treatment like
Try to avoid stress and anxiety, you should do relaxation exercises, yoga and light stretching exercises.
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables or dietary fiber in your diet.
Try to avoid junk and frozen food.
Have lots of water.

Here, I would like more information for better assessment like
please upload questionnaire you have filled earlier,
are you having joint pain?
Do you have any reports like CBC, blood sugar, lipid profile, thyroid function test, liver function test and urine test, if yes than please upload me the reports or if you haven't these reports than I would advise for all these reports for exact diagnosis and proper treatment.

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for follow up question with all the details I have asked for.
wishing you good health and happy new year.
Regards
