This started about 2 months ago. Stress seems to bring it on faster. It doesn't usually happen at night, but during the day. I was not a bed wetter as a child. I have gone through a breakup with my girlfriend and a lot of my stresses is not getting to see my son very often, as well as employment problems.

Hello and welcome back,
I understand the stress you were subjected to.
When under stress, it is possible that impulses that normally inhibit your bladder contraction may be less effective and you may become incontinent. What I see more often is an urgency and precipitate micturation rather than passing without awareness. If it is passing without awareness, it is more likely to be organic like a neurological problem. Other problems like a urinary or prostate infection, diabetes etc will have to be excluded.
Do let me know whether you are unable to control and pass urine when the urge comes or you do not get any urge and the urine comes out without your knowledge till you wet the pants. After that I will be able to advise how to proceed further, whether you require to see a specialist and if so which specialist.

Most of the time I feel the urge and go just fine. Went to the hospital yesterday and they said I was in kidney failure. Got freaked out and left before they did blood work.
Suppose to return today.
