Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence
Question: can hold void, voids with no single 75% of time, then may get a single but never get in time,voids before getting to restroom. been going on real bad for about 6 months, has to were protection 24/7 and at night during sleep never know i have voided until next morning and alot at that help please

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have urgency for urination with incontinence since last 6 months .
Your symptoms are likely to be due to senile narrowing of urethral passage what is called as Post Menopausal Urethral stenosis with Over Active Bladder .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Urodynaemic study of bladder
4) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy).
In the mean while take anti muscuranic drugs like Darifenacin or Solifenacinwith antibiotics twice daily.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
