Brief Answer:
Could be due to enile changes in bladder muscle.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you ave posted it seems that you are unable to empty your bladder completely and had to go to toilet after some time .

This could be mostly due to following reasons
1) With advancing age there is reduction in tone of Detrusor (Bladder muscle ) resulting in to lowering power to propel urine completely .
2) With senile changes there is atrophy of genital organs resulting into narrowing of urethra called urethra stenosis resulting in significant urine to remain in bladder that lead to urge to pass urine after some time .
3)There is reduced tone of abdominal muscles that normally help to increase intravesical pressure and help to empty bladder ,This reduced muscle tone may be one of the factors for incomplete emptying of bladder .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
