Brief Answer:
You need to visit ER immediately to get catheterized to empty your bladder

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted It seems that yo have developed Acute Retention of Urine due to Enlarged Prostate which is very common at this age and retention of urine gets triggered after any surgery for other illness .

You need to visit Er immediately to get catheterized to empty your bladder which will be left in place for a week till all the relevant investigations are carried out,

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.

In the meanwhile continue taking Ciprofloxacin and Flomax as directed by your Dr.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
