Question : My urine smells like sour milk and I have had specs of brown on the paper after urination.

I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of urinary tract infection.
I would suggest that you have 2 tests- urine routine and culture.

In the meantime, increasing the fluid intake will help. If you develop fever, paracetamol maybe taken whenever required.
