Brief Answer:
Get a urine culture!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I suggest you get a urine culture. Most germs that cause UTI are sensitive to these antibiotics and should have been taken care of by these drugs. If symptoms persist, then the germ might be resistant or your symptoms are not caused by an infection.

To make the difference, I will suggest that you get a urine culture. This has the advantage of growing and identify the exact germ and what antibiotics can best work on them if it is caused by an infection. If no germ grows, then other non infectious causes such as interstitial bladder would be investigated.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more details if need be.
