Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

Question: I have a very narrow urethra and need to get it dilated once every 3 months. I've only had to do it once so far as I was doing very well until this past week. Felt like I had something blocking my urethra, lower pelvic pain that is now gone.
also have a neurogenic bladder. Since yesterday I have been in depends as 15 minute after I drink water my pee flows like a stream, I cannot stop it. I took 2 pyridiam last night. My pea is like water to light yellow, my urine has not turned orange like it normally does when I take pyridiam. My GYN & urologist told me they were concerned about prolapse bladder possibly becoming a problem in the future. Is this possible what's happening.

Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the health problems you are facing.

From what you are saying, it seems that you are suffering of over-reactive bladder too. This explains why you can't stop flowing pee after drinking water.
To check if prolapse bladder, an abdominal ultrasound is recommended together with physical examination.

Apart abnormal bladder spasms associated with involuntary peeing, if I was your caring doctor would advise to run urine analysis to rule out urinary tract infection and glucosuria.
Next, your urine is water to light yellow because of frequent urination, which is also involuntary.
