Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned please perpetuate with [taximo 200 mg] and [cansoft for vaginal]use, as both medication has no side effects on baby and consummate its course.you can do few things at home to avert it in future-:
a)rinse soap from your outer genital area after a shower and dry the area well to obviate exasperation.do not utilize scented soaps such as deodorant.

b)endeavor to evade pads which are irritant to you.

c)wear cotton underwear in day time and evade at bed time

d)Dip a tampon in [yogurt] and put it in your vagina for a couple of hours. Reiterate twice daily until the symptoms thoroughly vanish. Also, include plain yogurt daily in your diet.

e)Integrate 2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water and utilize it to wash your vagina twice a day.

f)Follow a well-balanced diet with an adequate amount of vitamins A and C, zinc, selenium and iron to build immunity.Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.Maintain an adequate amount of vitamin D in your body by exposing yourself to early morning sunlight for 15 minutes daily.

Hope that helps

Brief Answer:
enterococci infection in bacterial infection, requires antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up question

As per your question I may say that isolated organism enterococci means it's a group of bacteria comprising 17 species, among them [Enterococcus faecalis] and [Enterococcus faecium] are most common found in human urine cultures. They are gram-positive cocci that grow in chains and they are anaerobic organisms.

The most common antibiotics used against this infection is Ceftriaxone, Ampicillin, Amoxicillin, Vancomycin, Dalbavancin, Oritavancin, Linezolid, Nitrofurantoin, Tigecycline etc.

As you are already taking medications so do few things at home may avert reinfection in future-:

1)Drink plenty of fluids like water may help dilute your urine and ensures that you will urinate more frequently allowing bacteria to be flushed from your urinary tract before an infection can begin.

2)After urination and bowel movement to wipe from front to back and it helps prevent bacteria in the anal region from spreading to the vagina and urethra.

3)Try to empty your bladder after sexual intercourse

4)Avoid potentially irritating feminine products like deodorant sprays, douches, and powders in the genital area and this can irritate your urethra

5) You may drink half a glass of cranberry juice daily which may help prevent future infections.

Hope that helps
