Brief Answer:
Sorry for interpretation and my mistake for answer as a male patient ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted constant urine leakage that you have is due to retention with over flow of bladder due to senile Urethra stenosis that is common in elderly females .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
1) Urine routine and Culture
2) Ultrasound scanning Of abdomen
3) Endoscopic Examination of Bladder (Cystoscopy)
4) Continuous drainage of bladder with self retaining Catheterization for few weeks will help to regain the bladder tone .
5) Take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .(If required)

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
