Brief Answer:
Urinary Incontinence or hormonal influence

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

Leaking can occur because of hormonal influence or urinary incontinence. These two are most common causes. I would be in a better position to guide you if you answer following questions:

1. Since when are you having this problem?
2. Are you sexually active? If yes then when was you last time had sex? was it protected or unprotected?
3. have you observed discharge coming from vaginal orifice or from urethra?
4. Is there history of burning sensation while urinating?
5. Dose urine dribble for some time after you complete urination?
6. what was the color of the fluid?
7. is there history of itching as well?

I will be looking forward for the answer to conclude the discussion in the best interest of yours.
Thank You

yes im sexually active i always use protection but I had sex about 2 weeks ago the condom broke he obviously ejaculated inside of me. I took the morning after pill I was getting heaps of pain since taking it then 4 days later I got my period but It wasnt just my period I was leaking all this fluid? im not getting any discharge from my uretha that I can see. there's no itching. the colour of the fluid is just clear. and no urine does not dribble afterwards. I put a liner in my underwear when I went out yesterday and i was clear when it was leaking its so horrible.

Brief Answer:
Hormone Influenced

Detailed Answer:
Hello

In your case, bacterial infection is ruled out because there is no itching and fluid is clear. Pregnancy is one of the cause but as you had periods so chances of pregnancy are also very unlikely. The only remaining cause is hormone influenced. Hormones released from body causes the release of excess fluid from vaginal mucosa. It will take 4-5 days to recover without any specific treatment. I would suggest you following general measures:
> Keep pad whenever you go out.
> Keep good care of hygiene.
> Avoid sex till you recover completely.
> Drink ample fluids(specially water).

If you does not improve in 4-5 days then i would suggest you to visit a gynecologist in hospital near you who will perform a detailed examination followed by some investigations including culture from vagina & ultrasound pelvis to rule out the cause.

Conclusion:
Vagina fluid which can normally be released before or after menses as well as in sexually active state.

Hope you are satisfied with the discussion. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you good health.
