Question : Suffering from Cold Urticaria from last 6 months. Hives appears whenever exposed to a cold environment. Skin in the affected area typically becomes itchy. Used Cetirizine tablet but not completely cured yet. Kindly give a suggestion.

I can understand your situation and problem. I have gone through all the reports.
You are having slightly high lipids.
In my opinion, you are having mostly allergic skin reaction.
In addition to levocetrizine, I think you should also start anti allergic drug.
It will give you more benefit.
Steroid containing cream on affected skin areas is also good for itchiness.
Have you ever tested for total serum IgE?
Serum IgE is marker of allergic disease.

Thanks for your feedback Sir, I have not test the Serum IgE yet. If it is necessary then definitely I would do it very soon. Can you suggest a anti allergic medicine please ?
