Brief Answer:
Follicular study can be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Follicular monitoring can be done from the day 9 of the menstrual cycle, and has to be done every alternate day till the follicle ruptures or till day 18-30.
You can go for follicular study, however have you got other basic investigations for infertility done like husband semen analysis, your thyroid hormone levels and prolactin levels, and any evidence of tuberculosis in the body.
What is the size of the fibroids?
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back to me with the information, if feasible.
Wishing you good health.
