                                    Brief Answer:
No need to take any pill
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, no need to take any pill as there was no penetration and no ejaculation at all.
This pain in vagina and inability to walk is because of hymenal rupture which is common and will subside in 2-4 days.
No need to poke that area otherwise it can result in infection.
Take care of contraception in future.
All the best
