Brief Answer:
Consult a doctor as early as possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your mother health care.
I can understand your concerns.
Bleeding after menopause is not considered normal and you should consult her doctor as early as possible.
It can be due to atrophic vaginitis, polyphonic and endometrial cancer.
But before giving my opinion about it I want to ask a few questions from you.
On what treatment she is and how long?
Any other associated symptoms?
Bleeding vaginally or anal bleeding?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards
