Question : I have been tested for all stds. My.vagina is constantly irritated. I keep getting cracks and tears near my vagina..what is this? I will get bumps reoccuring and occurring everyday around my groin area too. I work out a lot and have to wear skirts at work..what is happening?

No. It's not able to show up in a picture..it's too faded. It looks like an indent or ulcer but in the Crack near the vagina opening and anus

This is just vaginal fungal infection and nothing else.

This needs to be treated by antifungal medicines like clotrimazole.

Please get your bumps checked if they are lymph node examination which will need removal surgically.
