Question : I am 55+, the fluid of my partner's vagina is dried up and is very unpleasant for having intercourse. Can you suggest any gel for apply on vagina. We are in XXXXXXX in the city of XXXXXXX

There are many lubricant gels available for use during intercourse in vaginal dryness.
Some brands available in XXXXXXX are KY jelly, XFeel cool, viaxi glide, vacurect etc.

Be cautious during initial usage about any allergic reaction(rare). If any itching or burning sensation, flush well with clean water and avoid further exposure.

Also, note that well prepared sex with relaxed mind, foreplay, and emotional intimacy will promote vaginal secretions.
