Brief Answer:
Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I saw your attached pictures. I need details about your symptoms to be better able to help you.

You have developed vaginal infection which has spread out to the skin around vagina. The vaginal discharge seems to be fungal infection which has been secondarily infected by bacteria.

The treatment is as follows:

1. Get high vaginal swab test done. This swab report culture will precisely diagnose the organism and the treatment for the same. You can also get tested for sexually transmitted diseases by blood tests.

2. You can apply antifungal cream on the skin around the labia and innerpart of the thigh. You can get the cream over the counter. If not get prescription from your doctor.

Let me know if you have more doubts.
