Brief Answer:
Vaginal varicosities

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The photo shows vaginal varicosities which are common in few pregnant patients, due to increased venous pressure in the pregnancy.
If the varicosities are filling whole of vagina, vaginal delivery may not be possible and caesarean section may resorted to.
This can be properly assessed by an internal examination by your OBGYN specialist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
