Question: Hi ,im 27 years, I have a urine test and it shows I have pus cells 2-5,epith cells,yeast infection and moderate growth of staph. I have used a lot of anti biotic drugs and injections and I do have a protected sex,what can I use to clear it totally? Thank you.

I understand your concern

I would like to know whether you have done a urine culture and sensitivity.. If its done then antibiotics should be taken according to the sensitivity report..
Do you have vaginal discharge, any itching per vagina or any foul smell? In that case vaginal infection should be treated. A papsmear should also be done (if you have been sexually active).

After taking a course of antibiotics urine culture should be repeated after 2 weeks to see the effect of the antibiotics.

The urine needs to be alkalized by taking fruits like lime juice, orange juice, watermelon juice and bananas. Take lots of oral fluids. Drink cleaner water. Pass urine after intercourse. Have protected intercourse by using condoms.
