Question : I hope you can, I have Varicocele and an epididymal head cysts on the left testicle. I do not want any more kids so I do not need the one testicle. I have on and off pain down there. The doctors I have seen say just use support, Ice and take IBuprophine. I will not do that all for the rest of my life. Do you have a better answer?

Varicocele and epididymal cysts can be taken care of surgically and in that case you are not expected to have long term complications or problems. If you do not have problems with surgery, this is certainly a better resolution to your problem.
