Brief Answer:
Prominent veins in penis won't cause such symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Prominent veins in penis doesn't gives symptoms like you mentioned. But like any veins irritation of veins like phlebitis is possible. In such case anti inflammatory gels and NSAIDs orally will be helpful.

By considering the symptoms you mentioned it can from problems of inguinal canal like herniation. Varicocele of testicle also should be ruled out. A local examination by a general surgeon or Urologist should be done for ruling out this. Ultrasound examination or doppler study can be carried out in case of positive symptoms.

Another possibility is nerve compression syndrome like meralgia parethetica. A physical examination will be helpful for ruling out this also. Also check your B12 level. A low B12 vitamin levels can also give such symptoms. In such case cyanocobalamin supplementation will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

thanks for your answer..yes i also do feel some prominence on my left testicle on palpation and also when i compress the spermatic cord or vas deferens(exactly do'nt know what it is) on that side the dragging sensation or heaviness relieves..in case if it turns out to be the varicocele of left testicle what is the treatment for that?and what nerve it could be compressing causing tightness of muscle especially on bending knees..and meralgia paresthetica can cause symptoms around thigh but i feel the same heaviness and tightness on my left elbow and left pectoral muscle...why there is tenderness on the left iliac fossa? and this type of feeling is only on the left side not on the right side and if i do the the kegel exercise i feel the tightness on the left side ...i do take a lot of B complex tablet so i dont think i have this deficiency.. so please help me about this

Brief Answer:
Embolization or ligation of vein surgical can be done for varicocele.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

Thank you for your follow up query.

Embolization or ligation surgically can be done if it is varicocele. You should consult a general surgeon or urologist for this.

If you have symptoms on bending knees it can be possible nerve compression syndrome from Lumbar area (sciatica). Tenderness can iliac fossa also can be a referred pain from this.

If you having pain on left side of body on various parts like you mentioned pectoral, elbow and on lower extremity and iliac fossa then conditions like fibromyalgia can be suspected also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
