Question : Hi im am a bit worried about something that seems to be going on with my body at the moment, i am nearly 8 months pregnant and i know there are lots of changes happening inside and outside my body but i have these blackish purple spot/lumps that i have just noticed today, i have had no pain and did not realise they were there until washing in the shower and they only hurt if i was to try and squeeze them, they are located on my labia minora, is this something i should be worried about?

These spots you have shown appear to be varicose veins of vulva which means they are dilated blood vessels.

However they don't create any problems during delivery or pregnancy. Don't worry about it.
