Brief Answer:
do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic,

There are many causes for vertigo. Vertigo can be caused by problems in the inner portion of the ear or the brain. You have to see an ENT specialist to come to a diagnosis.

Acute stress and panic attacks can also cause vertigo. Since you mentioned that you have anxiety, it may be the cause for the symptoms, so it needs to be ruled out first.

Please furnish some more details regarding your complaints so that I can help you better.

1) Details of the vertigo. history of fall due to vertigo.
2) History of ear disease. History of tinnitus, hearing loss.
3) History of hypertension, stroke, cardiac conditions.
4) Age and other health problems.

Regards,
Dr Rajkishori Godhi.
