Brief Answer:
Vestibular exercise

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having Labyrinthitis.

As such, dizziness common during and after the active infection of labyrinth.

I suggest you to re consult your treating surgeon to see the status of inner ear and brain status (vestibular tests and ct scan of brain).

In my opinion, you require another course of antibiotics, anti vertigo medications and labyrinth rehabilitation exercises after evaluation.

Mean time, continue meclizine.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
