Brief Answer:
Re-evaluate.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dizziness. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any deranged speech?
Is your dizziness associated with vision problems?

As such, Vertigo that arises from injury to the balance centers of the central nervous system often from a lesion in the brainstem or cerebellum called "central" vertigo, and is generally associated with nausea, vertigo, neurologic deficits (such as slurred speech and double vision), and pathologic nystagmus. The balance disorder associated with central lesions causing vertigo is often so severe that many patients are unable to stand or walk.

In my opinion, your vertigo could be related to some other cause (no symptoms of central nervous system).

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon and get re-evaluate with vestibular tests, audiometry, monitoring of BP and blood sugar. If necessary CT scan brain. Depending on the examination findings, treatment can be started.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
peripheral vertigo-needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

As per your symptoms, it could be a peripheral vertigo or deranged blood parameters (sodium, potassium). Your eye pain with sensitive skin suggests some form of infection.

Kindly evaluate with the investigations, what I have already mentioned.

Hope, I have answered your query.

Take care.
