Brief Answer:
Here is the usual treatment regimen for otitis media or externa sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. A diagnosis needs to be established, but if at all it is an inner or middle ear infection, then the treatment regimen would be as follows sir:

+Antibiotic coverage (E.g. amoxicillin and clavulanate combination)
+Pain management (e.g. tylenol)
+Vertigo medication: Not always required as once antibiotics kick in, then the vertigo subsides accordingly. But in some cases, it is quite severe and may require treatment with medication (e.g. betahistine)
+Drink plenty of water and stay well hydrate

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes sir.
