Question : Every time I move my eyes particularly the left side my ear picks up a wishing scraping noise and cause me to have sickly feelings like vertigo plus I have pain from my shoulder up my neck and to the mastiod area what is this and how can I cure the sickly feeling.

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

From what you are reporting, my thoughts go for possible osteoarthritis of spinal cord (neck area)/spondyloarthrosis.

However, if I was your caring doctor would advise to run x-ray of the neck area antero-posterior and lateral view together with a good ENT examination.

After getting those results we can discuss about the most efficient treatment strategy.

For the moment, I can only advise to take OTC painkillers and keep the neck area warm.
