Suggest Treatment For Vertigo In An Asthma Patient

MRI brain shows features of ischemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your father's symptoms and MRI brain report.
MRI brain shows features of ischemia (lack of blood supply to brain). It is a minor problem and can be easily treated.
He should be started on clopidogrel tablets, to prevent lack of blood supply to brain.
Piracetam tablets would also help him.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,
