Brief Answer:
Evaluation is needed for vertigo and nausea.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from healthcaremagic.com

Your MRI came normal and this helps us in ruling out any organic brain cause for vertigo and muscle weakness. EKG is also normal and we can rule out cardiac issues.

Itching near varicose veins is a normal symptom of varicose veins and can be explained easily.

Now coming to anxiety. Vertigo could lead to anxiety and this might result in symptoms like weakness. Weak stomach cramps, nausea and gastric symptoms could also occur in anxiety. Anxiety also results in erectile dysfunction. Low vitamin D also results in weakness.

Low blood pressure could also cause nausea, weakness, skin sensitivity even vomiting like symptoms. Hypotension is also cause of vertigo.

Other cause that should be ruled out is any cause related to ear. Issues in ear can result in imbalance, vertigo even weakness like symptoms, nausea etc symptoms.

So you can talk with your doctor for ruling out these conditions.

Thanks. Take care
