Brief Answer:
Inner ear viral infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It looks like you are suffering an infection of inner ear ( labyrinthitis).. It is caused due to viral infection such common cold or diarrhea.
You can benefit from over the counter medications
* Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and vertigo may be relieved with diphenhydramine (Benadryl).
* Acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil) may be taken to relieve pain.
If you aren't feeling better your doctor may give you

* Steroids such as prednisone may help with inflammation.
* Antibiotics or antiviral medications to treat the infection
* Nausea and dizziness may be controlled with:
- Meclizine (Antivert)
- Promethazine hydrochloride (Phenergen)
- Lorazepam (Ativan)
If you become dehydrated from severe vomiting, you may need medical treatment with intravenous infusion.
