Question: I am suffering from vertigo, numbness in my lower legs and short term cranial pressure during the night and after arising in the morning. The morning headache/pressure ends after arising, but the numbness persist during the day, as well as the walking and balance problem.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headache with imbalance and vertigo may be a feature of raised intracranial pressure. Possibility of intracranial space occupying lesion or normal pressure hydrocephalous.
Other possibility may be neuropathy related to nutritional deficiency.
You need to get investigated in detail.
Neuroimaging of brain , nerve conduction study and blood investigations for diabetes, renal function, vitamin B12, myeloma has to be done.
Are you having any other medical illness?
Any previous investigations or consultation with a neurologist.
Treatment can be advised according to diagnosis.
