Brief Answer:
BPPV or Cervical vertigo

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The symptoms described by you could be related to either benign paroxysmal vertigo (BPPV) or cervical vertigo.

BPPV is due to displacement of the small stone like structures in the inner ear on movements of the head. Whereas cervical vertigo is due to degeneration in the cervical vertebra causing compression of the blood vessels in certain position.

My sincere advice to you is to consult a good ENT specialist for a complete evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow-up queries.
