Clinical evaluation and examination, investigations to get a cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/33 - known ankylosing arthritis - 1 week's history of vibrating stomach and pain in left testicle.
Ankylosing arthritis may not be related to the present complaints.
The vibrating stomach can be due to the following reasons:
- If this is muscular, may be related to the nerves exiting from the spinal cord and affected due to ankylosing arthritis of the inter-vertebral joints.
- Exhaustion, stress and anxiety.
- Electrolyte imbalance.
- unknown etiology which needs clinical evaluation, examination and investigations accordingly.
The pain in the left testicle, one side only can be due to:
- Varicocele
- Unilateral partial torsion.
- Unilateral epididymo-orchitis
This too needs clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon or preferably an Urologist.
Ultrasonography with color doppler of the scrotum and of abdomen specifically for genito-urinary system.
Tests of urine and blood
All these things will help you to get a proper and an early diagnosis and a plan for a treatment.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
