Question : good morning. I am 61 years old in pretty good health, but I have a rythmic vibration like feeling in my penis not painful but annoying lasts 2 seconds stops for a few seconds and then continues
started yesterday

From the available description it appears that you had some peristaltic movements in the penis along the course of of urethra. These kind of vibration like feeling can occur normally as well as in disease conditions such as nephrolithisis.

In my opinion few instances of pleasurable activities acoss the penis is normal.

If the problem is persistent we need to look for other causes. The prominent causes include bladder stone, blockage in urethra or stricture in urethra, urinary tract infection among others.

As stated above occasional rhythmic vibration can be considered normal but if they persist I do not think they are normal.
