Brief Answer:
Yes, you can travel.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Most such viral infections are self limiting and since symptoms have reduced you will recovery soon in few hours.

If possible delay flight by few hours. If not its fine to take scheduled flight.

Things to be done- Carry all medications, carry vomiting bag, keep yourself well hydrate, get seat closure to wash room, have meal 3 hour prior to flight, have only snack/small non spicy meal on flight, avoid beverages like cold drinks, sleep for sometime during flight, cover face with mask if you are comfortable, cough in handkerchief only, wear woolen cap and jacket, drink some electral powder to avoid cramps.

Donts- Rushing at last minute, overeating, standing for long hours, being empty stomach, dehydration, over exerting yourself -walking down long XXXXXXX or climbing too many stairs.

Hope this helps.Regards.

Brief Answer:
That should be fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Flight time quite short, so it should not be problem.

Also do remember to make swallowing maneuver while take off and landing, in case your throat is congested. This will prevent ear pain. You can take cetirizine if there are symptoms like blocked or running nose.Hope cetirizine doesn't make you sleepy.

Regards.
