Brief Answer:
cause of limping need not be serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear,

Limping in child could be due to many causes and not necessarily due to serious cause. Post viral infection there could be Inflammation of sole of the foot causing the child to limp. Exact diagnosis will however depend on clinical examination.

I would suggest you to consult your child Pediatrician for thorough clinical examination and assessment.

Take care

Hi XXXXXXX

My son is not limping today, I am away from my family but my wife said we can send him school tomorrow.

Do you think we should go for routine checkup as you suggested? I know its our wish but as a Ped. what is your suggestion at this stage? I am asking as you have expertise but we don't.
