I suppose you are suffering from Viral fever, so you want to know about the treatment part.

Viral Fever is usually a self limiting condition, which usually takes 5 days for recovery.

We can catch a virus from other person who is suffering from Viral fever through coughing, Sneezing.

There is no indication for antibiotic therapy in Viral Infection, but our body's immunity gets lower during a viral infection and we can catch secondary bacterial infection, so if a doctor finds any signs or symptoms of secondary bacterial infection he/she adds antibiotics.

1.Since how many days are you suffering from fever?
2.Fever is high grade or low grade? Please mention thermometer reading if you have measured.
3.Is Fever is associated with chills and rigors?
4.Any history of pain in throat, burning in urine?
5.Any Jaundice? Cough and expectoration?
6.What medications you have taken?
