Suggest Treatment For Viral Infection In The Eye

Question: I am suffering from viral infection of my eyes for last few days. Doctor has prescribed Ocurest AH eye drop, Virson Gel eye ointment and Montair LC tablet (one tab daily). So far I have taken three tabs of Montair LC. I am becoming weaker day by day and feeling uncomfortable for several hours in the morning. While consulting the doctor I had cold. I am OK now.

Can I take Allegra 120 in place of Montair LC. I had taken Allegra 120 (13 tabs) in the past and did not experience any discomfort.

I am diabetic but with controlled sugar level - Fasting 95, PP (BF) 133 and PP (Lunch) 140.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and realise your problem.
Many people using levocetrizine ( present in montair LC ) complain of drowsiness,lethargy on getting up in morning and this may last for many hours.
Although Allegra can also cause sedation in some but if you have tolerated it well in past,it would be a good alternative to use.
You can go ahead with Allegra 120 or 180.
