Question : I think that I have a stomach virus. Is there anything that I can do?

Hi,

Drink much fluids to replaces losses and avoid getting dehydrated. Pepto-bismol will help with keeping down liquids and food. If you have a fever, tylenol would be helpful. Bed rest is also recommended, if possible.
