Question : I have horrible memory loss my vision and hearing are declining I have ringing in my ears 24/7

thanks for your query.

In my opinion, you might be having inner ear disease. Vision impairment with gearing loss and ringing sensation shows the cause is vascular in etiology . There is no over the counter drugs for this.
