Brief Answer: Need to take vitamin D supplementation. Detailed Answer: Dear XXXXXXX hi! low vitamin D needs supplementation in terms of capsules or sachets you can take injectable as well. dose is for injection 6 lacs IU once in 3 months. capsules or sachets dose is 60000 IU once a week at night for 12 weeks. repeat test after 3 months and let me know. regards!
