Brief Answer:
Vitamin D deficency needs to be corrected.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Welcome to health care magic,

As you said your all the health checkup reports are good except vitamin D deficiency for which i can help you.

You can take vitamin D3 cholecalciferol in sachets or tablet forms 60,000 IU once weekly which will be available over the counter.

The major cause of vitamin D deficiency is lack of proper sun exposure or person remains covered throughout the day.

Apart from medical treatment, you should have adequate sun light exposure preferably in morning hours around 8 AM for minimum 10 to 15 minutes daily.

I am sorry to say that I can not share my personal communication number/e-mail address on this forum but you can contact customer care team to upload your health reports or you can take the small sized picture of that with your smartphone and can upload the (.jpg) image on the right side of query page to send me.

I will go through them one by one and will guide you accordingly.

Hope this will help you.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
All reports are clinically within normal limits.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Thanks for sending reports.

1st Attachment-

apolipoprotein A-I level is highly sensitive test which is slightly low here and does not have any clinical significance.

2nd Attachment-

Blood hemogram is almost within normal limits except slightly high RDW (red cell distribution width) with absolute lymphocyte count which can be considered as a normal clinically.

3rd attachment-

Vitamin D level (7.11 ng/ml) is on a lower side which needs to be corrected and i have already disscused in my previous answer.

Folic acid level (3.6 ng/ml) is low and vitamin B12 (226 pg/ml) is a borderline normal for which you can take vitamin B complex (becosules) with folic acid daily which is available over the counter.

Your HDL is low while other cholesterol are almost normal.

The main reason for HDL to be low could be lack of enough muscular exercise.
Exercises for 20 to 25 minutes daily may improve your HDL cholesterol.

In general to increase HDL and to reduce Chol/HDL ratio follow these guidelines:

- Avoid direct sugars
- Avoid fried snacks, bakery items
- Have ample of vegetable salads- at least 1 bowlful cut raw vegetables like cucumber, tomato, carrots.
- Snacks should contain healthy nuts like almonds or walnuts and a few dry fruits but no fruit juices
- Avoid soft drinks or hard drinks and smoking cessation.(If you do)
- Skimmed milk and milk items made up of skimmed milk are good to check on cholesterol
- Egg white is fine but avoid egg yellow means yolk.
-vitamin B3 (niacin) increases HDL cholesterol.

Uric acid is slightly elevated but it does not have clinical significance in the absence any symptoms. It may get elevated by certain diet containing meat with high purines.

Hope this detailed information will be helpful.
