Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Vitamin D deficiency can be corrected by two modes of treatment.
First one is by natural method. i.e you should ideally expose your skin to mild sunlight for atleast an hour to 2 hrs, so that skin synthesizes vit D naturally
Second method is by taking calcium supplements like calcium sandoz and consuming foods rich in calcium like milk and curds, cabbage, chicken, pulses like channa etc.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
