Question : I have Vitamin D Defeciency recently i got to know by
blood test i.e 21.8nmol/L normal range 75-250.
My age is 26 ,male
What do i do now? I am afraid

You need not be concerned. You need to take Ini. Arachitol 3 lakh IU one such each month for 3 months in a year and your Vitamin D level would be fine for a year. Discuss with you doctor.
