                                            Question : Hello,
Symptoms:
vitiligo (slow spread since 15), bad paranoia when drinking - not so bad when not, fluctuating moods, low sex drive, lack of erections, acne, sleep issues at times, noticing gray hairs randomly all over body including leg, pubic hairs and scalp – I have seen a few in pubic area actually black again at root and gray half way up.
I had numerous blood tests over the last 2 years. Thyroid was ok, only things were higher cortisol, normal but low for my age testosterone, MCV 100, liver is fine,
I drink alcohol in large amount twice a week, but otherwise have a good diet.
I started Vitamin b complex supplement earlier this year and paba, tyrosine, vitamin a, D. But recently I’ve started zinc to help eliminate acne.
From what I read, alcohol can deplete B Vitamins and zinc, which is possibly why I have my symptoms. I enjoy my beers so I am supplementing.
What strength B complex should I take? (I’m taking over 400ug of folic acid each day and 300ug biotin, 25ug b12. Are these enough to prevent deficiency from alcohol? Or I need extra?

What dosage of vitamins should I take?
                                    Hello,
There are several multivitamin available in market which one can take on regular basis.
Available ones are RICONIA,NUTRIFIT CENTRUM etc.
Dose is one tablet per day.
Ideally a young person like you should not have the need for such multivitamin if you are taking a well balanced and proper diet.
Thanks
