Question : I have vitiligo that has started on the shaft of my penis and I tested negative for all diseases like STDS, I'm a vegan, an athlete, I drink 3-4 gallons of water, I never smoked or drinker and I have no idea why this Is happening to me.

Hi,

You said that you have vitiligo on the shaft of penis. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. It is a benign and harmless skin disease. You may keep it untreated,if you are not embarrassed. Treatment failure may be there even after long term treatment. However,one should try to improve the condition.

I would suggest as below..

- tab.trioxsalen 25 mg daily
- tab.levamisole 50 mg daily
- tacrolimus 0.1% oint application twice a day on the patch

Long term treatment should be considered,under observation of dermatologist.
