Question: is betnesole 10 tab sat and 10 tab sun is ok to stop white spot on body and face if not than what you suggest

Welcome to healthcare magic,
Tablet Betnesol is an oral steroid and 10 tablet saturday and sunday is a form of treatment for vitiligo,we call pulse therapy. Strong doses as short pulses. This form of therapy is for active disease which is spreading. This treatment should not be used for very long duration.
How extensive is your disease ? Please tell me all the locations involved ? Is it spreading to other areas now ? What are all the treatments tried by you earlier ?
There are a lot of treatments for vitiligo. It depends on a lot of factors like extent, site of involvement, stability(rapidly progressive or not spreading at all).
Topical steroids, topical tacrolimus, topical pimecrolimus, Growth factors, phototherapy, Vitiligo surgeries etc are some of the treatment modalities to name a few.
