Brief Answer:
Oral minipulse, decapeptide lotion and topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and can appreciate the patch of vitiligo.
To stop them from spreading you can go for oral minipulse of steroids.
Oral steroids like tablet prednisolone are taken in the dose of 0.5 -1 mg perkg body weight per day on 2 consecutive days in a week for few weeks and once the disease stops progressing they can be tapered off.
Along with it topical lotion containing decapeptide- basic fibroblast growth factor can be used at night along with topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas in the morning.
These all are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
